What Is Conveyancing?
Property Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring ownership of a property from seller to buyer, ensuring that all requirements set by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) are met.
It involves preparing and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, coordinating with all parties—including developers, banks, and trustees—and managing key steps such as obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and finalising the transfer at a registration trustee office.
With clear regulations but multiple stakeholders involved, professional conveyancing ensures the transaction is compliant, efficient, and secure—minimising risk, avoiding delays, and providing a smooth path from agreement to ownership.

Sonali has over 20 years of professional experience, including nearly a decade in Dubai’s real estate sector and the past 3.5 years specialising in conveyancing and sales progression. Having lived in Dubai for 15 years, she offers strong local market insight, complemented by her background as a Channel Manager at RAK Bank, where she developed expertise in client relations and process efficiency.
Jubayra brings over 8 years of experience in administration, client relations, and CRM management, with a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships. With extensive experience in the conveyancing department of a Dubai real estate agency, she ensures seamless handling of documentation, reporting, and transaction processes with efficiency and care.
